Really - Where Can I Get It?

Do you appreciate the freedoms, liberties, perks as it were and privileges that you have? I seem to think that most people take many of these things for granted. I know that from time-to-time I feign my gratitude, as I know that I fully deserve all that I have, and am certainly entitled to more. However, as I look down from my lofty perch - I shake my head at some of the things people do with their privileges.

For example: Creative License.

Certainly everyone should have access to one, however, they need to prove that they are capable to utilize it. I mean - we have to prove we are capable to a minimal degree to receive our drivers license, or license to practice medicine, or even to teach our youth. Sometimes there are dunderheads who need to have their license revoked. Certainly this applies to the creative license as well.

How can we spot fake ID's? We certainly don't need to look far, just go to the top of this page, and on the link "Next Blog" press it and you will see my point.

Whose authority issues these licenses?

Where is the accountability?

We need more regulation. We need it now. We are in a creative crisis. Have you seen the "Primetime" line-up, or listened to the latest news from Lake Wobegon? How many times will we listen to the re-hashed misadventures of Sven?
